The ‘Encountering the Unreached” program is designed to provide Christians with a meaningful opportunity to get involved in mission work and to take on roles and responsibilities that will build God’s kingdom in unreached areas. You can serve from 2 months to 1 year, impacting the lives of many by sharing God’s love, praying with them, and spreading the Gospel.
Your Role in “Encountering the Unreached"
Each day, you will witness the many needs that exist and have the opportunity to respond in love and action. You will assist individuals or collaborate with our missionaries to develop programs that help those in need.
Who Can Join?
The program is open to anyone aged 18 to 65 who wants to take time out from their normal routine to serve God in a new and impactful way. Whether you are fresh out of school or have decades of work experience, we have roles that can utilize your unique skills and gifts.
What to Expect as a Participant
Our size allows for a close-knit community where everyone knows each other. We value our family atmosphere and the sense of responsibility each member takes in making the mission work.

Orientation and Debriefing
To maximize your experience, we require you to attend an orientation week before traveling to unreached communities. This will cover living in these areas, cultural differences, travel advice, health and safety training, and more. Upon returning, we provide debriefing to help you process your experiences, understand what you have learned, and discern God’s future plans for you.
Pastoral Care and Supervision
Our volunteers are not left to fend for themselves. You will be placed near long-term missionaries who provide in-country orientation and ongoing support. They will guide you on living ‘local style,’ shopping, greeting locals, and more.
